Sandy and Larry Taing fled the war in Cambodia in 1980 and came to the U.S. Their first job was a fabric factory making $3.50 per hour. They settled in Sacramento, raised three kids, and opened up their own businesses. This story is about two recent crises that almost took away everything they worked for.
